The Organic Foods: Draft 1

There are three reasons why people should eat organic 


foods. The organic foods are produced natural methods that 


do not have synthetic or toxic free such as irradiation, 


chemical, pesticides, non-organic fertilizers, antibiotics and 


hormones. It contains rich nutrition there are magnesium, 


vitamin C, iron, phosphorus and protein etc., which are good 


for health. Moreover, organic foods not only good for health 


but it is good for human also .In this case, famers who 


directly related because they work about agriculture. Organic 


foods can safe famers from dangerous chemical if they do 


not use it. In addition, It is non- GMO (Genetically Modified 


Organisms), which do not cut the DNA but it is natural growth 


and there is no negative effect to human. Finally, organic 


foods are do not adversely affect to environment, which 


means preserve the environment and ecosystems balance. 


Besides, it helps reduce the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere 


as well because it use produce less waste and less energy. 


Therefore, the organic foods have many advantages and it is 


the best choice for the consumers.
