                                   Draft 1'Step in setting up my own fitness business'
            Today, many people are struggling with obesity because eating junk food.  Obesity brings about many diseases which it makes people has more health care. Therefore, fitness is the first thing that people think about. To eliminate completely the problem of obesity in society, it’s a reason why I want to set up my own fitness business.

            First step, I will name my fitness that “FIT FITNESS” which FIT meaningful healthy. Then I will make a business plan for my own business. I have to study for understand about fitness business. I will observe activities within 2 month. I think it can help me get more understand about this business. When I was studying then I have to make market research for choose target markets because I will know who will come to use my fitness. Next, I have to decide a location to locate my fitness. I think it have to has a lot of people and convenient parking. I believe that a good location will make us get advantage. Moreover, market strategy is an important thing that I will do too.

           Second step, I will not have my own fitness business if I lack of money. I started to keep the money since I was entrance to university. Now, I have one capital that is not enough for setting up my own fitness business. So, I have to take my business plan to the bank for loan when I graduated Bachelor's degree. I think I will get money from the bank with my good business plan. However, I have to have good managed obtained money from the bank as well.

           Last step, I have to research fitness activities and class exercise such as yoga, aerobic dance, body balance, circuit training, boxing, weight training and etc. to be appropriate with target groups. I will find knowledge and experience staff for teaching in each classes. Consequently, I surely our customer will trust in Fit Fitness. Besides, I have to find high quality fitness equipments or fitness machines for the safest of customer too.         
            Finally, all steps in setting my own fitness business are so difficult. The business is not easy. I have to compete with many fitness businesses. How will I do it success? Certainly, I will devote to my fitness business with my spirit and energy. Fit Fitness will setting up in the future. It isn’t just a dream. We don’t want to see fat people.

                 The doctor said “I always tell my patients who will plastic surgery that you don’t prettify when you have a surgery, anything can happen. Everyone is at risk.” Although, cosmetic surgery has many risk but it changes life of many people. There are 4 reasons why I want to have a cosmetic surgery.

                 First of all, if you are beautiful, you will have more confidence than other people. However, if you are not beautiful, cosmetic surgery will help you have confidence and self esteem like beautiful people. Moreover, cosmetic surgery will help you success in your careers. Some jobs are for good looking people such as flight attendants, movie stars and models. In addition, it will help for your love life. Guys and girls are mostly attracted by good looking people. You will have many choices and higher chances to get married. Besides, you can’t deny that beautiful people are given more social opportunities and included in high society. You will easily move to a higher status.

                At last, the cosmetic surgery can make you get a better life but it also makes you get a risk in your life. If you decide to perform cosmetic surgery, you will have to learn about it as carefully as you can.

Furthermore, there are organic food advocates claim that organic foods are more nutritious than conventionally grown foods. Second, organic foods are good for human. There aren’t effects for farmer’s health because they don’t use synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers in organic farming. Organic foods are not foods derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) which are safe for human because genetically modified food may be cause of excessive pesticide residues in foods. Third, organic foods are good for environment. Organic farms do not consume or release synthetic pesticides into the environment which have the potential to harm soil, water and wildlife. Moreover, there is dramatic evidence that organic farming can decrease the amount of carbon dioxide which is a cause of Global Warming. Thereby, the organic foods are the best choice for the consumers.
