Step in setting up my own "Childcare Business"

Children's early experiences and relationships with caregivers have an important influence on their future development and achievement, so the quality of their care is an important concern for all. Nowadays, the economic structure of society has essentially influenced how family cares for their children. In some situations, men are employed away from home and daily care of children becomes the primary responsibility of women (Carnoy 2000). The growth of childcare business has a dramatic increased every passing year, so this is the reason why I want to set up this kind of business.

First of all, I will do the market research. This can help me identifying the opportunities and check the competition if they are something missing I can capitalize on or some other needs that nobody else offered. Besides, doing market research will help me in a better communication. This is because I can learn about my potential clients. Who they are and what they want the most. In addition, it will help me to minimize risk. If I have a good preparation, I think I will be less likely to loose and more likely to win. Furthermore, market research will create benchmarks to help me measure the progress. After I finish doing the market research, I will know what my clients need, so the next step is to outline my business plan which is including the details of my childcare business, the personal details of the founders, the personnel departments in each positions, the services, the market (location, target customer and competitors), the marketing (advertising channels), premises, machinery or vehicles I am going to use in the communicating process and the objectives of the business. This may takes about one and a half months. After that, I will offer the outline of my business plan to my professors to prove or add some more important details and if it is approved, I will start writing the full version of my business plan which maybe finishes within three months.

The next step is to look for the capital investment. I will start finding the initial sources of the capital which will be from the business owner, the commercial bank, the personal loan, the financial enterprise and the sponsorship. This is quite hard process, but if my business details are well-planned, I’m sure that asking for investment might not be hard to do. To look for the initial sources of a capital, I may need to list the items that I will use through my childcare business, for instance, the fixed assets and the renewable assets. The fixed assets are including land, property, furniture, decoration, electrical items, machine, equipment and etc., while the renewable assets are including materials, stationary and etc.

My last step is to start looking for some interesting advertising channels or sometime known as channels of distribution. The aim of this step is to promote my business. This is because selling from the manufacturer to the customer was not always the most efficient way; there would be need for channels of distribution. For my business, I plan to use several types of channels in order to access different types of my potential clients. For example, radio channels, newspapers, printed ads, TV commercial and brochures. Furthermore, I am planning to set up the exhibitions, trade fair, and booths in every special occasion to promote my business as well.

These are my steps in setting up my childcare business.  Apart from these mentioned steps, there are also some more important things I need to be considered, such as, the credential of the business, the quality of my service and the employees that need to be well-instructed and trained.  Besides, they need to be kind as well as polite, especially while caring and teaching the children. This is because they are important influence on the future development and achievement of the child.

Thai society praises good looking people with pleasing personality; nevertheless, those kind of people need to be natural without any incision. I have no idea about the mentioned value, because I’m the one who crazy about this beauty alternative. There are two reasons why I crazy about a cosmetic surgery.

            Firstly, for job career, the more attractive person would have more chances to choose the job. Nowadays, our country is developing into an industrial land, so most of the jobs require a good looking candidate. Ability is not enough. Good looking employers can enhance a reputation of the organization and also get more support in their advancement. Secondly, for the love life, face is the first impression. It’s true to say that more attractive more chances. Although, there are many people who consider their partner based on the inner, there are also some people who place importance on the outer as well. The luckiest thing is that when you get both good inner and outer partner, but remember, not all people have got that luck.

However, there is one important thing we have to remember. Nobody is perfect at all and not all people have got that good luck; but, no need to worry. We have the surgical operations to complete our dream now. Nonetheless, there is one thing you have to remind yourself. After the surgery, you could not see your original face anymore, so make sure you make a good decision.
