There are three reasons why people should eat organic foods.
First, organic foods are good for health. It provides a lot of benefit for
health not only non-chemically from natural grow, that means excluding the use
of the insecticide, preservation and food additive
inputs, but also more nutritional than non-organic. It contains a lot of
vitamin C, minerals and antioxidant which helps to prevent people from cancer, Alzheimer,
obesity and some birth defects. Second, organic foods are good for human both for
consumers and farmers. In organic foods processing, farmers use cover crops, fertilizer, and biologically based soil
amendments. This method can produce healthy and insect resistant plants
instead of using chemicals which may cause bad affect for farmers. Furthermore,
organic foods have no GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) which may cause
effect for human. Finally, organic foods are good for the environment. Organic
method is natural friendly, because there’s no insecticide which may ruin soil,
water and living things. Moreover, organic methods can reduce greenhouse effect
and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, because the farmers use natural method in
every growing process. Therefore, the organic foods are the best choice for the
consumers.
